Be it re-surfacing old concrete, or enhancing new concrete, we have a wide range of colours and patterns to choose from.
BMW Concreting offer's all applications of decorative concrete. Starting from coloured concrete to cover crete, stamped concrete, polished concrete, tile inlays and much more.
Coloured Concrete: Is the process of mixing a coloured ion oar oxide through the concrete mix and placing the same as standard concrete. Fantastic in either brighter colours or more earthy tones, this is a great way of making your concrete standout or blend in for that matter and contrast your home.
Cover Crete: Is the process of applying a spray cover coating to either your existing concrete or your new concrete. Usually the base concrete is cleaned thoroughly, a base coat put down and rubbed back in the colour of your choosing, a stencil pattern in the design of your choosing is laid down then a spray cover coating in the colour of your choosing is applied to the surface. The stencil is finally stripped and a coating of Hard Sealer is applied. This process if fantastic for rejuvenating old concrete, or added a tiled or bush rock effect to your concrete. Cover Crete is nearly limitless to your options of what we can do as far as patterns and custom logo designs go.
Stamped Concrete: Is the process of pouring concrete either with a colour mixed through or applying a colour after initial placment. The concrete then has a release agent put down either in the same colour as the concrete, or a contrasting colour (ie Dark Maroon concrete with Coffee Brown release agent). Stamping pads are then pressed into the wet surface of the new concrete impressioning a chosen pattern into the surface. Sealer is then applied a few days later.
Polished Concrete: Is the process of pouring a concrete of your choice (different types of aggregates mixed through the mix with possibly a colouring as well), then having the surface of the concrete "Polished" at a later date which exposes the colours of the aggregate and concrete and leaves a flat, smooth finish to the concrete. This effect looks amazing and has many different options of placement.
